Generally speaking, Stopol Auctions offers you five distinct methods of paying for your winning bids:

Company Check
Credit Card
Certified Check
Wire Transfer

Stopol accepts money orders as payment for equipment purchased on the Stopol Auctions website portal on www.stopol.com.
When paying by certified check, please consider the following:
- Ensure that the following information accompanies the money order:
- Auction/ Sale Name
- Buyer Number
- Name of the person or company that registered for the sale (this can be found on your invoice).

- Use overnight or two-day delivery options only (eg. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail). Payments not received within three business days of the auction’s close may be disqualified and subject to re-sale.
- Include a copy of the shipping invoice in the envelope, if possible.

Stopol accepts certified checks as payment for equipment purchased on Stopol Auctions website portal on www.stopol.com.
When paying by certified check, please consider the following:

- Auction/ Sale Name
- Buyer Number
- Name of the person or company that registered for the sale (this can be found on your invoice).

- Include a Bank Letter of Guarantee with the check. Payments by company check will not be accepted unless accompanied by this letter from the company's bank guaranteeing payment in full, without condition and upon demand.
- Requirements for a Letter of Guarantee:
- Letter must be on official bank letterhead.
- Bank must state that they guarantee the payment of the check being presented. Stating the credit limit or balance of the individual/company is not sufficient.
- Letter must state the name of the individual or company for whom the guarantee is being stated and the check must have the same name printed on it.
- Letter should contain the account number on which the check is to be drawn and the check should match this same account number.
- Letter should contain an expiration date (at least seven days after the sale).
- Letter must contain a maximum amount that the bank will guarantee. The check must not be written for more than is guaranteed by the bank.
- Letter must be signed by a bank representative.
A Stopol Auctions receptionist is available during standard business hours to accept personally delivered checks.
