Desktop Appraisals


In some cases, a "desktop" appraisal serves as a preliminary indicator prior to an onsite appraisal.  If the desktop method is used in lieu of an onsite inspection, considerable time and resources can be saved.  The equipment owner would be responsible for collecting the machinery data for the assets being appraised. We would require the following information: 
  • Itemized List of Assets to be Appraised
  • Manufacturer, Model and Serial Number
  • Original Costs and Dates of Acquisition
  • Current Photographs

 Once this information is received, we can begin your appraisal and have it back to you in a few days.
