Rebuilt in 2002 including:
- New 90mm 24:1 barrel and screw
- New 75 hp Siemens inverter drive and motor unit
- New 100 point digital Moog parison programmer
- Machine completely rewired with all new electrical components, including temp. controllers, SSR relays, new Omron PLC, new Omron color touch screen, new pendant swing arm and panel, proximity switches
- New hydraulics (all components), including proportional carriage valves, new pump, new hoses, gages, recirculating system and filter, oil cooler. All cylinders replaced.
- New pneumatic valves, regulators, air lines, cylinders, gages.
- New mechanical components, including wear items and safety gates.
- Machine was completely repainted
The machine also comes with a 3x100mm head.
