THERMOFORMING M&A OPPORTUNITIES

Three Thermoformers in Acquiring Mode

Stopol has learned of four companies interested in acquiring existing thermoforming businesses.

Buyer #1 is looking to acquire a cut-sheet thermoforming operation located in either New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania or Maryland with $1 million to $3.5 million in annual sales.

Buyer #2 is focused on finding cut-sheet thermoforming businesses in Indiana with sales ranging from $1.5 million to $3.5 million.

Buyer #3 is in the market for an inline thermoforming company in the Southwest United States, focusing on consumer products such as cosmetic, medical and electronics, with $5 million to $8.5 million in annual sales.
