NEIL KRUSCHKE JR.
Neil has served as CEO of Stopol Inc. since 1990. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing and driving the overall direction of the company, developing and implementing Stopol’s business strategy, sourcing new revenue streams, leading and motivating employees, ensuring sustainable growth, guiding the acquisition of new businesses and interests, building additional enterprise value in the company, and representing the company to its stakeholders and external audiences.
Under Neil’s leadership, Stopol has evolved from a start-up used plastics equipment merchant to a multi-million dollar, technologically advanced, full-service plastics industry deal broker and consultant. In addition to buying and selling equipment, Stopol now specializes in comprehensive auction management, liquidation services, appraisals, parts, and mergers and acquisition expertise through its Business Services division.
Since co-founding Stopol in 1990 with his brother Don and father Neil Sr., Neil has used his keen business insight and a progressive approach to evolve the company into a vital plastics industry resource and the undisputed leader among equipment dealers. After purchasing a controlling interest from his father in the late ‘90s, Neil began pushing Stopol in new directions, spearheading the company’s forays into liquidations and auctions. He also led the company in a variety of other initiatives that resulted in the creation of the Business Services division, www.stopolauctions.com and several other companies. Currently, Stopol is expanding its operations to include the sale of parts and new machinery.
In addition to his interests in Stopol, Neil also is a partner in three real estate ventures and serves as a director on a variety of company boards.
Prior to helping found Stopol, Neil worked in a number of capacities in the computer industry.
