SOLON, Ohio (July 26, 2004) – Stopol Inc., a leader in arranging the acquisition and sale of production equipment and machinery, businesses, divisions, product lines, and manufacturing licenses in the plastics industry, will hold an auction August 4 to sell plastics manufacturing equipment from discontinued operations at Bocko Inc.
Held at Bocko Inc.’s former North Canton, Ohio, plant, the auction will feature a variety of injection molding equipment from the recently closed facility, including more than 29 late-model 250- to 1,150-ton injection molding machines and related accessories. For a comprehensive listing of all available equipment, directions to the auction or more information on auction rules and terms of sale, please visit the auction index on www.stopol.com.
Bocko, which manufactured a variety of molded products, including food containers and housewares, closed its doors in June due to diminishing sales. As a result, Bocko consulted with Stopol to help it divest its remaining machinery through an auction.
