Four Thermoformers in Acquiring Mode



Stopol has been retained by four companies interested in acquiring existing thermoforming businesses.

Buyer #1 is looking to acquire a cut-sheet thermoforming operation located in either New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania or Maryland with $1 million to $3.5 million in annual sales.

Buyer #2 is seeking a roll-fed and cut-sheet thermoforming companies in either Eastern New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts or New Hampshire with $2 million to $4 million in annual sales.

Buyer #3 is focused on finding cut-sheet thermoforming businesses in the Midwest United States with sales ranging from $3.5 million to $8.5 million.

Buyer #4 is in the market for a cut-sheet thermoforming company in the Southwest United States with $1 million to $3.5 million in annual sales.
